The Victim: The Travis County Medical Examiner’s Office has identified the man as Alfred Olguin Flores, 48, a resident of Taylor.
Investigation: While initially labeled a “suspicious death,” authorities officially upgraded the case to a murder investigation on Wednesday, May 6.
