A second-degree murder charge has been officially filed following the death of Tiffany L. Malvaso, 51, at her home in the Town of Tonawanda, New York.

Her husband, Nicholas M. Malvaso, 36, has been arrested and arraigned in connection with the crime.

Details of the Incident
According to the Town of Tonawanda Police Department, emergency crews and police officers were dispatched to a residence on the 300 block of Cleveland Drive at approximately 2:50 AM on Saturday, May 16, 2026, following a 911 call for first aid.

Upon arriving at the house, responding authorities located Tiffany L. Malvaso inside. She was pronounced deceased at the scene. Investigators noted she had sustained apparent blunt force trauma.
